Competencies included in this domain represent the knowledge, skills and abilities and workplace behaviors needed for areas of supervision and management. Competencies in this cluster family are defined in general terms and do not necessarily reflect each agencies specific needs, (e.g., Conflict Management within enforcement agencies may look very different than Conflict Management in a non-enforcement agency. Agency leaders and partner associations need to specify and define these competencies for each specific agency as part of the competency model development process.
