This cluster contains fundamental qualities connected to Leadership positions.  Leaders possess the ability to influence and enable others to contribute toward the effectiveness and success of the organization.  Other characteristics includes training, teaching, mentoring and coaching others.   A person acting in a leadership role shares information, feedback and knowledge (two-way communication) with key persons inside and outside of the organization to ensure successful project outcomes and/or improvement.
