Supervisors and employees should meet
formally at least once between the planning and review phases to
discuss the status and applicability of current EPDS goals. A
key element of the EPDS process is an emphasis on regular,
informal conversations that should occur throughout the EPDS
cycle to ensure things are on track and progressing
appropriately.
