goals and objectives are current and on track?
Supervisors and employees should meet formally at least once
between the planning and review phases to discuss the status and
applicability of current EPDS goals. However, a key element of
the EPDS is regular, informal conversations that should occur
throughout the EPDS cycle to ensure things are on track and
progressing appropriately.
